The results for the staff survey’s closed-ended questions are presented below, by location (left), and setting (right).

Once the the working party have finalised the thematic codebook (for the analysis of all three surveys: family, staff & children), the results of the open-ended questions will also be shown.

Traditional* = A formal learning environment e.g. a traditional set up of desks and chairs.
All Play* = A flexible learning environment e.g. a variety of adaptive spaces and resources (inside & out).
Uncertain* = A combination of formal and flexible spaces.

Traditional = Adult-led activities e.g. worksheets, learning carousels and ability groups.
All Play = Child-led activities e.g. free-flow play.

Traditional = Formal inputs with the whole class or ability groups.
